Intake Valves at 100K Miles

I know how everyone likes looking at nasty intake valves. So here are mine before walnut blasting done this past weekend. Unfortunately I don't have the after pictures.

Can definitely feel it making more power, even in the heat here in San Antonio. It just sounds like crap now...

Did some searching around and found "it's normal" for some cars to sound like this... I may take it to my regular tech to check it out.
