I a sure it is....I took mine to the dealer and they said the white smoke was from condensation and when I look into the tailpipe while it is running I see water just bowing around and out lol!! I f I where to cut the mufflers out and just have secondary cats only will it pass emissions...do they visually need to be there for inspection? Film a sound clip please.

Refer your emissions questions to your local forum. It's different in every area. If some areas even have emissions or inspections.

a muffler does nothing but muffle sound. it has nothing to do with emissions so if you cut yours out, you shouldnt have any problems with testing.

Wow... yeah guys, vaporization of water will cause you to fail emission testing. Make sure you don't take a shower tomorrow, it might harm the environment! :BIGGESTFACEPALMEVER:

Since when is water vapor considered white smoke? Oh yeah, I forgot about all the carbon in water... You have to be joking.

So let me get this straight:

water vapor = white smoke (because H2O (g) contains carbon? lol)
and you want him to film a sound clip

The water is just condensation from to many short drives (city driving) if you take a highway trip for about a good 20-30mis it will all be gone.

Because water evaporating is "white smoke known as steam" and where is it stated that white smoke will make you fail?

Here is a vid of condensation "white smoke"

Learn to read, I wanted a sound clip of the muffler delete....yeah...I wanted a film of steam. If I wanted that I would just ask you to hold your breath and video tape, I am sure some would come out your ears. Come on man, really

Awesome! Drone doesnt bother me so much....do you still have the resonator and secondary cats installed? All I have done to my exhaust is kitty-less Dps and resonator delete and want a bit more sound and I am really considering this.
