Is there a way to disable DRL (rings) when HIDs are on?

The combination between 6000k (HID) & 2700k (dimmed DRL) looks really bad. I'd like to be able to continue to run the DRL rings during the day, but have them turned off when the Xenons are on...any way to do this?
Thx

If I understand correctly, then I'm most likely stylin' the look you're going for...
My setup: halos run as DRL... ambers and DRLs disabled.

Dimsum did work on my car. Send him a PM.
Hope that helps.
Cheers.

Actually I want the DRL rings ON (position 0) during day (like your pic), but have them turned OFF when I activate the Xenons (Xenons only)- right now, when the Xenons are on, the DRL rings dim, but still show
Thx

BTW: are you using blue bulbs or LEDs for your DRL?

Get a pair of Lux's and you won't need to worry about the halo's being dull anymore and they will match you headlight brightness..

I wasn't really looking at spending $280 on a pair of LEDs right now; I don't mind the DRLs the way they are - BUT, they really suck when the Xenons are on - if I can find a way to disable them when the Xenons are on, I'd be happy...and 140 pints of beer richer
