Suspension noise continues after many upgrades
Noise: Light, faint rattle or knock on uneven payment or potholes. Never over speedbumps, just uneven road services. (passenger side only)
What I have replaced: Koni adjustable struts, new strut mounts, M3 control arms. This noise was there on the front passenger side before all these upgrades, and after the upgrades. What could be left to check?

if you are on Koni yellows its more then likely the drop links! mine are way to long with Koni yellows on H&R springs.

I had to take them off was knocking and driving me crazy! Need to get adjustable ones but haven't looked for a decent set yet.

100% you need longer on the front and shorter on the rear on our car. Of course other make and models are different.

Sway Bar Link feels loose.
I'm going to replace the Sway Bar End Links. See what happens. Went with Meyle HD. Springs are BMW SPORT OEM

OP hope the solution works for you but this is confusing. You have oem sport springs. Why would Koni struts lower the car or put additional stress on the end links?
Not saying the end links aren"t the problem, but the reasons offered by others seem to assume you're lowered. I could see H&R springs adding lowering stress to the end links but not sure why it would happen with the oem springs...maybe they're just worn? |

New strut mounts were not torqued properly
Re torqued strut mounts, nose is gone. You would think the shop that installed the new struts and mounts would have checked this...
