Courier charge for rear bumper

Any help appreciated...

I may have finally found a monaco blue, m sport rear bumper that doesn't need a respray! This has the potential to save me a few bob... But the company selling wants £80 to ship it!

To me that feels excessive...

Does anyone have experience with shipping rear bumpers? How much did you pay?
Has anyone organised their own courier? Cost? Did it arrive ok? Do you have to have it ready, or is that part of the service? (bubble wrap etc)

Thanks!

£80 lol we could send about 5 or 6 for that.

I sell car body panels for a living and it costs us £14.95 via parcelforce for a 48hr service for all our bumpers

http://www.paisleyfreight.com/

standard pricing for a variety of car parts. not the greatest customer service, but they use the big couriers (TNT, CityLink etc) so generally their deliveries are fine.

thats what I thought... I looked through the ebay sellers and most seemed to be around £15 to £25 which I would be happy to pay... £80 just seemed a bit steep.

I had my front bumper shipped from Europe for £40
