Right now, Cobb is far behind in the power race. Its a better way to do things in the long run, but not right now.

I jumped from 365whp to 404whp going from E10 to E30 with OTS maps. I am confident I can get damn near the 435 whp going E50. So making statements that cobb is way behind on power is very off imo.

I don't believe the COBB is behind in HP especially when you are talking about the Pro Tunes....even or more HP and this is coming from a JB4 guy.

Kevin, I believe the COBB has better safety controls for ignition, timing, etc. but those are things 95% of the users cannot see or quantify. You just know it's in there....flashes typically have better controls.

mithiral67, you have the exact car I want next.....mineral white 335is.....nice

Thanks, I am really happy how she turned out. The IS had 95% of the things I did mod on my 08 335i or wanted to but couldnt justify the costs like white angel eyes, white corners, white side markers, black grills, black mirrors, black exhaust pipes, black lower grill, shadowtrim, m3 front end, m3 side skirts, m3 wheel, m3 shifter, upgrade instrument cluster, upgraded exhaust, lci tail lights, and upgraded rear. And got it with 800 miles and $12k below sticker.

Hey guys,

I also have a 2013 335is (n54). Anyways, what sort of power will I put down with a Cobb OTS tune with 0 mods? It's been over a year since I had my 135 so I haven't been active enough on here. Does anyone have a dyno sheet with a baseline/stage 1 tune?

Yep, seemed to good to be true. Manual, had every option I wold have ordered myself from the factory but for the upgraded sound system. It was cheaper than any other car out there with 10k miles or less. It was a bmw owned car before, never sold to a customer. Having taken 3 other bmws directly from the factory with 10 miles or less, it was in just as clean of shape as those.

you found a gem....great deal. How would you compare it to your previous E92.

I hope I can find something with less than 15k on the clock, 6sp, Nav and maybe comfort access....Logic 7 would be nice, but not a deal breaker.

Def want the 6sp tho which will be tough to find....I check around every month or so and they are hard to find.

I ran a 12.0@118mph with their OTS race map and stock runflats with no meth. I am so far behind in power...

Here is my dyno results. Run 1 is Stage 1 stock car. Run 3 is stock tune stock car. To be honest, cobbs IS stage 1 is very conserative because the FMIC really sucks. Temps jumped from 95 to 175 degress during the pull with 65 degrees ambient. On a FOB car running the stock tune I put down 321whp as my intake temp never went into the triple digits.

PM me if you want more info on my results. All these were done within 3 weeks on the same dyno.

I really like the updated lights, definetly notice it looks newer than my old car. More backseat space. I had issues with wheel hope with stock 18s I never had with the 08, but new wheels and rubber fixed that. Other than that, not much difference.

Newer technology is always nice....

I'm wondering how different it will be going from a sedan to a coupe....but I think I'll learn to live with it.

Agree with you. I made 430 without an intercooler with a 50/50 mix. I Had more room for boost now that I am running with the g5 board. Both tunes are great. Running about equal. I feel Cobb keeps power a little smoother which I feel what your paying a little more for. Same power output but smoother delivery. But I do love my jb4

E50, meth and RBs/Vargas stage 2s would be a site to see.

I don't really care for my ET as my car isn't prepped for that considering its still on stock runflats, but trapping 118-119mph with no meth surely tells the tale of how it is even with my timing flatlining in 4th.

But then again, I am down on power right...
