Hi Alan,

Without appearing rude, a 335i on that spec and mileage costs less as an approved used car.

Maybe worth reviewing the price - they make about £19k or so from BMW...?

+ 1 , my thoughts exactly when I read the price. Price realistically and I am sure it will sell easily.

Thanks for the feedback guys, this is my first venture into private sales having been a company car owner for the past 20 years or so, I did check a few 2006/2007 models before setting this price and saw a couple up around £21k/22k but of course that doesn't mean to say they actually would sell

On a closer check I realise you are probably right. Now amended and up for £19k, this is a pampered and outstanding car. If I had the money I'd keep it along with the M3

I think you should of listed up for 20k , since private buyers WILL always haggle the price down , so if u list 19k then they might push more off. Its just a strategy game when potential buyers come =]

Just a few pointers...

I'd list things more specifically. Looking at the current option list, there doesn't appear to be a 'dynamic cruise control', only 'active cruise control'. There is also no 'HiFi' option, unless you mean the standard system. You've also not listed what type of Nav - I'm assuming because it's not the pro nav? Most buyers will want the pro nav, so you may find yourself in a hard market I think.

Pulse: Thanks for the feedback but no point looking at the 2010 options list, it changes a lot between model years. Yes this is business nav but 2007 version with full map view etc, not just turn indications, frankly in day to day usage its pretty identical to the Pronav I have in my new car.

It does have HiFi speakers, this was for sure a factory option and is far better than the very weak E92 standard speakers though of course its not Logic 7.

Finally dynamic cruise control was also an option, its better than standard cruise as it can can hold speed by also applying the brakes, much better than the cruise I had on my previous 530D.

Car is probably going to the trade by the end of week as I need more money to feed my M3's petrol habit If anyone is interested in viewing/offers let me know.
