Are they the new version of the MX? I don't know. Here's a link that looks at the kumho Ecsta "Mx" from Car and Driver's 'quick and the tread" test of 11 tires. The MX finished last, but if they're different then disregard.

kumho tends to make their tires a little wider than the other tire companies....

so a kumho 265, is like a toyo 275....
