Exit Squeak...

Not sure if this is a maintenance or suspension question (or both)... When I get out of my e90 (4K miles, born on date 12/05) there is an annoying squeak that seems to come from under the car (not the seat or door). I searched the forum but did not find anyone with a similar issue. I had two BMW's prior to the e90; an older high-mileage e32 740 and the other a later model e39 5. Even though both were "well" broken in, neither had any kind of odd squeaky noises. Before I take it to dealer, wanted to check with the forum... any thoughts?

I had the same issue with my e46 as well as my e90 right now, squeek from the hand brake. I took my e46 to the BMW dealer and they said it was normal. I haven't taken my e90 because I figured they would say the same thing. Lets see if they say differently to you.
