High quality products cost money. This is not a Toyota we are working on. We want parts that fit correctly, work the first time and perform outstanding with out voiding any warranties.

I believe that you voided your BMW warranty it is just that now you are covered by a Dinan warranty. Please correct me if i am wrong.

negative, dinan and bmw are no longer partnered in that respect ... you just get the dinan warranty, which is most likely fine anyway.

Dinan Parts do not void the factory warranty. If something happens to a Dinan part Dinan covers the part and any damage done from the part.

I believe you, but I will add that when I was buying my car I inquired about Dinan parts and I was told that BMW wants to break away from them to let the BMW Performance brand grow.

What kind of shop are you guys? Just imports or domestic as well?

We just do BMW's and we have been a Dinan dealer for over 20 years. BMW and Dinan do not work together. Some BMW dealers are reatalers for Dinan parts. They can do this because Dinan does not void the manufactures warranties.

That was a great thread. It's shows what an impresive company Dinan has become. A lot of guys on the fourms complain about the expense of Dinan products, but when push came to shove Dinan backed up thier good name. With the expense of these new cars you need a company that you can count on. That company is Dinan.
