Is there a valid reason for us to go over 150km/h?

Do not be lame about this as it could happen as he intends to reintroduce this bill. This is serious shit as it effects any vehicle sold in Canada.

wow thats messed up...im sure this would open up a whole new gate of people getting fake "certificates" and such to say their vehicle is limited to 150 km/h when it really isnt.

Mod: Please make this as a sticky. Many Canadian forum members would like to have a say about this and let the government know how they feel.

Calm down a little guys, this bill will die when the house is adjourned on Sunday for an election. MPs introduce all sorts of stupid bills before the house is about to be adjourned without any intention of them ever being passed, so that they can go before their constituents during the election and say "I introduced a bill that keeps you SAFER!" and pander for some political points.

Hrm, I guess my Political Science degree isn't as useless as I thought

I think most if not all of us know there are chances that the bill may not pass. But what happen if it does?
