How much is brand new 2010, redesigned ? 50k$

redesigned as in the new generation is out for the 2011. a current 2010 e60 535i has a msrp of $51250

So you are asking 45k for 2008 and 2010 i 51k msrp which is probably 49k.
So no offense but would you buy this car for this ammount of money? It is great car but I am afraid i will have to throw offer like 35$.

none taken but please do your hw next time you try to offer a price. that is the MSRP of a 535i meaning the car would be stock with NO options what so ever. my car has some options on it so if you added the options on the car then the car would come out to 56k. And as far as i can gather getting a 3 series at invoice or even cheaper for that matter is much easier than a 5 series let alone the 535i. Also good luck tring to find a 5 series in general with low mileage as they are used for daily commuters and have much more miles put on them. i checked autotrader and i have the second lowest mileage 08 535i in all of cali.

That's the pot calling the kettle black. Edmunds TMV, mileage-adjusted, is about $36k for private party and $41,845 for Dealer-Sold CPO. Considering CPO costs about $2,500, let's say Private Party CPO is about $38.5k. ES1 is way closer to the market than you are.

guys i know the price is high but its a starting point. i know for a fact i can sell this car for $40k easy. i looked and there are dealers that sell this car with about 11k miles cpo for about $41-42k. my car is cpo with only 6k miles on it.
