Is this a blown or Over extended shock? (pic Included)

Had a clunking noise from the passenger rear this morning on my way to work, I figured it was the shock so when I got home I examined the shock. Here is what I found...the mounting bolt is all the way tight and doesn't sit flush with the frame. Would this be considered a blown or extended shock?

Broken mount, the shock itself may or may not be ok.

Which mount would you say is broken? The one that goes through the frame and into the trunk I'd say? I didn't take the wheel off to check anything else since when i looked at the shock with the wheel on it looked out of place and went right to the trunk to check that top connection

I'd say your lower guide support, #6 in the pic.

Did this just happen or happened after rear shock install? Looks like the support cup wasn't installed or it was damaged. The support cup acts as the lower support against the bump cushion.

Yea after removing wheel it does look damaged

This just happened. But i've noticed over the past few months that the rear passenger would hit harder when hitting bumps. So obviously it was on its way out.
