Any rubbing with staggered 162 rims with +20mm rear spacers on pre-lci 328xi 2007?

With OEM rear tire 255/35/18 on 162. Thank you.

P.S. posted here because xi sedan has a bit different gap for rear wheels, I thought xi users may have an answer

Considering I ran 18x9 et17 while being lowered, and without rubbing, it shouldn't be an issue.
