Dealer replaced injector

so recently I had the VANOS recall done, ppk1 install and after that my car was idling rough, RPM's were fine but I'd feel a stutter in the motor

I took back to the dealer and based on the WO they said one of the spark plugs was fouled (recently replaced plugs) so they replaced that plug and on one page it says they repalced all injectors, but on the detail it says they just replaced the injector on cyl 4 which was misfiring

would that cause power loss? cause my car feels faster now

Holy shit dude the exact same thing happened to me too! At least, with the fuel injector.

I imagine it would because it pulls like a bat out of hell now ever since my service. I'll post a pic of my SO when I get on my laptop since the mobile app is still busted
