Please do not let this guy get you for your hard earned money like he did me. As of right now I am out of 300+ dollars dealing with this dude. I sent him the money for a intercooler on the 25th of June and he said it would be shipped out between that following Monday and Wednesday. I eventually just asked for a refund after multiple excuses and now apparently he has gone blind. I can see that he logs on EVERYDAY but he wont respond to my messages or emails.

If you paid with paypal, you should be able to get your money back from this guy! He's still trying to sell more crap on this forum also.

Not true. Only if the seller has money in his paypal account. The only chance the OP has of getting his money is by a CC charge back and that's assuming he paid with a CC. GL

The thing that gets me is dude has a 2010 audi a5, twin turbo 350z, crotch rocket and a 335i vert and he can't just refund me my funds... I was more than patient with him but when I asked for a refund he just quit responding.

No clue what's going on with him, I've had numerous positive interactions with him... Most recently a week ago I bought a DCI off him... Sorry to hear.

That's probably how he got all those toyz by screwing people out of their money. He was persistant on me paying thru paypal as a gift but I told him no. I've been screwed before in the past using gift payments! I wouldnt give up just yet. Use every means to try to get your money refunded bro! I feel your pain!

He's banned now.

...Even if seller says they don't want to pay the fee...I always either offer up to split the fee or I pay the fee instead just for the added protection. And I NEVER pay with my paypal balance, I always use a credit card (Amex), never a debit card, or a withdrawal through my bank.
