Selling my like-new MacBook Pro 15". It's fully loaded, with a 750GB 7200 RPM hard drive, 8GB of RAM, the 2.4GhZ i7 processor, upgraded graphics with 1GB of video RAM for intensive graphics and video work. It's got the high-resolution, anti-glare screen (matte). It's really a beautiful machine. I am selling it because I needed something smaller.

It was purchased in December 2011 and used as a desktop (the battery cycle count is only 16).

I also have a Thunderbolt display I can sell you with it ($750). Both will be covered by AppleCare until December 2014 if you want (an extra $250).

This is really an incredible package for $2550 ($2800 with AppleCare). I will accept cash and credit, credit subject to a 2.75% processing fee.

Nothing on the machine has been altered, so it's fully under Apple's warranty. You'll get A-1 service if you need it, on an A-1 system.

LOWER PRICE: $2350 for the package!

Does this have the slimmer profile and retina display? Only asking because I picked up the upgraded 13" with the same stats for my gf literally yesterday for $1400 new.

No. This is the 15" model though. The 13" doesn't have the quad-core processor or dedicated graphic card (1GB in this one), nor the high-res, anti-glare display.

Two totally different beasts (kind of like comparing a 328i to a 535i).

You can get a Retina for that price and a much better machine at that. To move this you need to come down well below the entry price on the Retina.

If you build this exact machine today it's $2349. And it's the 2012 with upgraded processor and USB 3.0...

Unless the $2550 is the MBP + Thunderbolt display, then it's a good deal. Not clear though.

It's the whole pack, with the thunderbolt display. I am selling the MBP by itself is $1800.
