Headlight issue (E92)

So recently I've been getting flashed at by oncoming drivers, wasn't sure why because usually people flash at you for not having your lights on. I saw the other day that when I turn on the dipped lights my right headlight is stuck on full beam. I've fiddled around with the stalk but the problem still persists. People are obviously being dazzled as I drive past, bearing in mind we drive on the left hand side in the UK.

Last year I installed a pair of LED angel eye bulbs to replace the yellow OEM ones (sidelights). Been driving the car around and had no problems.

I'd appreciate some help because I'm sure I can fix this on my own but I don't know how.
