Spoiler help...08' e92 335i in Black Sapphire

I am wanting to purchase a spoiler or a lip for my e92 335 but am not sure what one to select. I have narrowed it down to a few different ones and wanted some advice from those with e92 335's/m3's. Here are the ones I have checked out!

get the oem performance spoiler and then put an oem m3 spoiler on top of that.

Easy decision on your part, both of them sporty but do you want a more aggressive look or a more subtle, modest sporty look?

Is the more aggressive one much taller? I have Avante Garde 359 style wheels staggered so I'm wondering what would look best with the e92. I just don't want my car to look like I'm modifying it a ton. The taller one looks clean though, as well as the second.
