Love the exhaust note...

Hi All,

I've just gotta say - I'm in Love with the exhaust note of my 335. It gets a definite growl above 4000 rpm.

I haven't taken the car over 4500 rpm yet... thought I'd at least give the internals a chance to settle in... shortly I'll be

Yes you can tell BMW expended a lot of effort finessing the sound. Have you noticed that there is an interconnecting pipe between the two rear mufflers? I think this has a role to play in creating the addictive, slightly off beat burble.

+1 on that... The Remus' that I have heard have been great... That addictive "stockish" sound, but a fair bit more of it!

have you done the golf tee exhaust mod yet. It will sound much better at low rpm's. I love the way my stock exhaust sounds.

I installed Bastuck muffler with quad outlets on my e92 335. Great sound, quiet cruise and under acceleration to redline: radio off, windows down and enjoy the music.

dont use a golf tee you can unplug the actuator its a simple electrical plug in the truck behind the driver side tail light doing this creates no codes or dummy lights
