Exclamation 91oct dyno record (stock turbos)

Ran out of meth on the dyno today so I ended up doing a bunch of straight 91oct dyno pulls. You can still see some boost control adaption going on in the midrange. Still, i think we broke our previous 91oct dyno results by a little bit. Still a few hp away from the 93oct dyno record held by jpsimon in his PROcede'd 335xi. Although I suspect he would make a bit more power than his previous 398whp if he ran this new map.

Here's the link to the meth dyno results from today: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...97#post5069197

So let me get this straight.

This is 91 octane on the 4-30 maps?.

I know the meth maps would be a new release, but what about this one?

The 4-30 pump gas maps that are out right now will make the same exact peak power, all things equal. We just cleaned added a bit more scoot to the 4500-5000rpm range. I'll release these maps by the end of the week.

with that boost control adaptation, is that why it seems like a heart meter in the mid range of that map?...and are you looking to smooth out those curves for a future map?

It smoothens out by itself within several pulls. Those runs were taken immediately after a whole afternoon of back to back max boost 440+whp runs.

Damn! I need stage 3. Can wait to my FMIC to arrive. By the time it arrives, I'll get rid of the remaining cats.
I was killed by E92 M3 and Lexus IS-F today. Videos - tomorrow.
