Just picked up a RWD manual E91!

Hey there folks! Just snagged a 2009 E91 328iT RWD/6MT w/sport. I love me a good wagon and I am very very happy with this purchase. This car is meant to be my daily/winter car as I don't want to subject my other car (pic below) to snow and salt. Don't worry! This car will be kept clean and washed of salt and crap regularly. I take very good care of my babies.

I've been doing a ton of reading here and the amount of aftermarket support is staggering compared to the other platforms I have been involved with. Looking forward to some mild modding and just general OEM restoration stuff like replacing worn trim pieces.

Here is my other car, 2018 Caddy ATS-V 6MT aka "SLOPPY V"

Looks very nice. Love the wagons. Wish it came in a 335i in the US.

Great find and welcome to the Exclusive E91, 6MT club. I like the ATS-V also but I'm bit skewed towards the E91.

Bastard!

Where'd you find it?

Nice Caddy BTW. They don't get much respect around here...

I found it at a dealership in FL and shipped it to VA. Never purchased a car sight unseen yet but this turned out well lol. Lucky I guess.

I love the Caddy, I completely understand the negative juju surrounding American "Luxury" cars. But man it is so much fun to drive!

I think Caddy started its own category with Luxury American Muscle Cars, and did it right! I haven’t driven the ATS-V. But I have driven every version of the CTS-V, even the CTS-V Wagon!!!! All 554hp stock!!!! Drove them on the road and the track. Let me just say impressive! Other then being a bit heavy, they handle well and are rockets! That engine sounds like a jet plane! So good for you brother, no hate from me!

Great car. I had a 2011 328i 6MT with ZSP (sports package). Drove it for 122K miles. Great car. Miss cruising at 130MPH in Germany.

I really like the wheels -- style 286. Do not seem them often as they were only on life-cycle refreshed 328i's w/ the ZSP package.

Try to find a 2nd set of 286 wheels. This way you can create two 'square' setups, wide wheels for summer and thin wheels for winter.

I'm hoping that GM does something crazy like drop in the Camaro's 3.6L V6 and manual trans combo for the ATS's last two years of production. If Caddy does that, then I'll finally have a replacement for my well used E90.

Worst case is I'll get a car from the last year of ATS production, get it past warranty, then do a trans swap.

Both very nice rides good sir. That caddy is sharp but that e91 for a winter car.....you could do much worse.

congrats, I'm over in annandale, and have a 07 e91 with 150k on it...these are great cars and have excellent dynamics being a wagon. Its great you got a stick as the only thing i hate is the GM tranny on my e91...

How did you end up buying an ATS-V? Local dealer has a manual sedan listed at $80K but it's very difficult to see anyone paying that price. I've never seen one on the road.

Ugh! How can you even sit in a bmw wagon after getting out of a CTS/V?!

New body styyCTS/V coupe is my favorite contemporary car. Beautiful exterior and interior styling. Of course, the engine needs no explanation. Black Diamond coupe....,heaven 🤗

I’m kidding about your BMW, it’s great. But Cadillac brought the heat with the CTSV

I ordered mine with the exact options I wanted from the factory. I didn't pay anywhere near 80k though. Dealers are sticking really high prices on the ATS-Vs for some reason and they aren't selling well at all. They are a very low production car and weren't marketed almost at all.

You can pick up used ones for under 50k though. They dropped in value extremely fast! I absolutely love it and have no buyer's remorse at all.

Lol I love wagons and I wanted something to drive on days where I don't want to drive the ATS-V. Short trips, salt or snow on the roads, etc. I love the E91 though, looks great and it's great to just cruise around in.

The CTS-V is a sick car, but the ATS-V is a lighter, sharper version of it. Less brute force and more agility. It's the most fun car I have driven to date!
