Front Bumper Damage

Parked my car in front of my house, when i got back, someone had backed into my front bumper leaving me with a present (scuff/ hole) near my license plate cover. The rest of the bumper is intact and untouched, thankfully. This is my first bimmer so not sure how much it is to repair or replace a 08 335XI coupe front bumper. I was thinking of getting it filled, sanded, and painted as a quick fix. I know the best solution is to replace the bumper cover but im not sure how much it would cost? Should i go OEM or get a M-tech front bumper kit?

Any advice and prices would be great.

Thanks.

brutal. About two weeks ago i left a store to find a note on my windshield. After a quick look I found some minor (or what i thought were minor) scrapes to my rear bumper. I just got the car back the other day. The invoice was for close to $1600.

Literally it was just a couple scrapes that I only found because i was looking for damage.

So yeah, you're probably going to have to cough up a pretty penny. I was fortunate that the person owned up to their mistake and left all their information.

front bumper paint is key. If you don't have top workmanship there, it'll look 10 years old in a year from chips. The only place in town that use the same paint as BMW factory (Glassurit, spelling may be off) is European Auto.

Agreed that European is topnotch, but they are not the only place that use Glassurit paint. Paint is important, but all the prep work up until the moment of paint is absolutely more important than the quality of the paint it self. My friend's shop is in the area Mchong723 mentioned. He's an enthusiast himself, and definitely would give you a fair quote based on what you want done. Drop by Autocouture Limited and talk to Bernard(owner) if you want.

I'll definitely contact those places and get a quote. So far the best place i've gotten so far is colorworks.
