Only top half of rear screen heats up

When i put the rear heated screen on to warm up only the top half of the screen actually clears, is this a common fault or anyone heard of this before?

Do you mean window?
If you do one of the heating elements could be broken
or a fuse could be blown possibly I don't know how many
fuses handles a window heater in this car . I would suspect
only one for the hole window.

This is not an audio or bluetooth question it should be
moved to the general section also are you in England the
nomenclature is different for the US.
