dealer forgot to reset computer how do i do it myself

so last week i got my oil changed at my bmw dealership. After i picked up the car (after hours they were already closed) i start my car and my change oil light is still on. on the recipt it shows they changed the oil, is there anyway i can reset the computer myself to shut the oil light off or do i have to drive 45 min back to the dealership

is your friend. I have not attempted these steps myself but heard other who have done it said it worked. So you might want to read it over and try it out or take the 45 minutes drive.
