IMO, recommending a dealership w/o a SA/CA is like playing roulette.

I actually did just go there for a minor problem a couple weeks ago. They handled me with ease. I was going to Nick since that was where I had purchased my car from and never had any issues with the service department.
Since my move and recent experience at Bob Smith I might as well just continue to keep it local.

They don't give loaners unless you bought it from them.

Also, depending on who your tech is.. they are not mod-friendly

Pacific is great if you have the right SA and tech

Every dealer is the same way really.. it's all about the SA and the Tech

there are a lot of great dealerships around SoCal to get your car serviced at, i would suggest whoever you goto make sure and create a good relationship with a SA. it will make your experience and future experience a lot more enjoyable.

BMW Dealers

McKenna BMW - Norwalk

Have been taking my 335i to them for the past 20K miles. Almost always do they perform and address items I point out. Have covered, without any push back or reservations, the wastegate rattle problem and squeeky brakes when accelerating problem, all under warranty. They covered my last free maintenance service, eventhough I went over 50K miles. Gave me a loaner car for two days during the wastegae ratlle job. Friendly and cool SAs.

Cannot say anything negative about them.

F#$CK Aaron @ F&%CKn Crevier. I went in for a bad fuel pump and that D-Bag tried to blame it on my DRL angel eyes mod. He wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to replace a $15 dollar (AND working) part. When I refused and asked for my car back he started to BLACKMAIL me, first wanting to charge me a "diagnostic" fee and then said he will FLAG my car and I'll lose my warranty if I don't comply. Serious A-Hole. I basically said F-U, got my keys, took my car to PACIFIC, and promptly got a 933 pump.

Always drove out of my way to New Century BMW but they do get busy.. had to wait 3 weeks for an appt with loaner. However, I do get in and out of their fast with all the stuff I need to do. Just brought my car in for a transmission oil leak today and they got it done within a day, didnt even ask about my aftermarket intake even though SA saw it. Pretty mod friendly, told me they'll keep it on level I for all lower cars and even asked if I don't want a car wash since he knows modded cars don't like to be washed by others.

I tried to give South Bay BMW another chance. I left there without getting anything done. Way too much $$$. I am no longer on warranty, so I pay for everything. I do not mind paying to get work on my car, but these guys are highway robbery! Inflated prices, and pushing everything on the menu--magically everything needs to get done.

I guess I go back to New Century, even though its a lot further away, but at least I know that I am only paying for what I need to be done. I guess at some point I should be doing INDY, but so far things have been minor/regular maintenance. I would hate to see what SB would be trying to charge me if something major was wrong. I think I will sell/trade in the car before ever needing to go back to SB BMW. Its a shame they are horrible because I live so close.

+1000, Aarons horrible.

My brakes were making a horrible grinding sound under hard braking so i made an appointment to go in with Aaron. Long story short, i got there and Aaron refused to even service the car saying my next service is in a few thousand miles, its probably nothing, and i should just come back then. I promptly made an appointment with Ernie and he serviced it no questions asked and found the brake sensors digging in to my rotors which made the sound. So sad that Ernie is leaving Crevier

Stay away from Aaron.

I went in for oil change around 30k and he tried to get me to pay $300 for service I didn't need that he said wasn't covered by the maintenance program. The guy is totally shady and dishonest.

Who's your SA at New Century? (just pm me).
I've also had good experinces with them and always a free loaner- a BMW loaner haha not a Honda etc..
My SA was Sal, but he just left last month so I need a new SA and can't reccomend any.
