The Centennial Bridge camera is down. They are using that link for the Mira Flores camera. There is a second hi-res Mira Flores camera that is working, so we have two Mira Flores cameras where we can watch her go through, when she does go through.

It is just a guess if she is going to continue on through the canal system today or park in Gatun Lake. In two years of tracking ships, this is the most unpredictable (and latest) ship I have seen. I am wondering if they had a backlog of ships needing to go westbound, so they are pushing them through. I just checked the Gatun camera and the ships are STILL going westbound through the locks. They should flip directions very soon. I will keep an eye on AIS to see what she and Phoenix Leader do today.

She's moved on towards the Mira Flores Locks. It will take maybe one to two hours for her to get there. So, check the cameras about that time.

It looks like the regular MF Locks camera is still down. We will have to watch her on the hi-res camera. Unless they change the camera angle to show upstream by the Cent Bridge, we won't see her for awhile. Sometimes they switch the camera angle to upstream and you can see the first step down lock and the Cent Bridge in the background, but I don't think they will do that tonight since it is getting dark. We will have to wait until she reaches the lock in front of the hi-res camera.

Actually the current hi-res camera shows the Cent Bridge in the background. You can faintly see the lights that span the bridge.

What a picture thanks so much. This must be a first for a larage ship going thru this time of the day/night I wonder if she will get to port any sooner. She was scheduled to go thru the PC on the 18th. How long does it take to get to PH once she is done?

I have been reading all your posts and you have a sweet car coming my friend has one like you I think it is called a Loriane not sure of the name a MB he has a 10,000 dollar steering wheel from Germany and all the extra's. Can you go fast in Utah? Here in Los Angeles going 80 is the norm.

This is late for them to go through. Phoenix Leader is trailing her by about an hour, so she's going through late, too. Toronto should go through the Mira Flores Locks very soon. She might be one of the next ships, so watch the hi-res camera.

I live in Salt Lake City, and just like any other city, you can't really speed. I currently have a MB SL and will take it to 110 on the freeway. I will do the same with my new SL, probably no higher. My new SL will be able to go 155, but I can't imagine doing that unless I am outside the city, like going to Vegas. Maybe some day.

It will take six days, maybe seven, for Toronto and Pheonix Leader to get to SoCal. So, they might reach SoCal on Saturday. I don't know if they have any other stops in the port of LA or San Diego.

Phoenix Leader is stopping in San Diego. I think Toronto is going straight to PH. I won't be able to see the port of LA schedule for this weekend until Tuesday. I can only see the port of LA schedule six days in advance.

If Toronto reaches PH on Sat or Sun, she will be offloaded off the ship but she won't go through customs or the BMW Vehicle Prep Center until Monday (because they are closed weekends). You should then have your car on/around Wednesday. (for LA dealerships)

I live in San Dimas just outside of Pasadena yet I am born and raised in San Francisco.

I just saw a ship pass yet it looked like some cargo ship I love to watch. Like yourself I have other bimmers and I am going on my 1st 3 series never had one always 5 and one X5 I like the look of the 3 better then the 5 which needs a facelift.

Toronto is going to PH with no stops and Phoenix is stopping in SD yet the Port of Oxnard shows Phoenix is being there on Sunday and Toronto Monday.

For anyone tracking Toronto, she will reach the SoCal coast in about six days. Go ahead and subscribe to www.shinemicro.com now. They have unlimited free AIS radar ship tracking and they cover the coast from San Diego up to Port Hueneme. The web site isn't entirely reliable, but when it works, it is great. When she reaches the San Diego area, which could be Friday or Saturday, you will be able to track her radar signal live on shinemicro and follow her that way. You will know exactly when she reaches the port of Hueneme.

There is little tracking abilities from the PanCanal to SoCal, unless she shows up on sailwx.info, or sometimes aislive.com around the Baja area. AISlive radar for the Baja area is very spotty, though.

The Phoenix Leader and the Toronto seem to be sister ships and before they left Bremerhaven the Phoenix Leader was to leave a day before yet the Toronto left first so I think they are both carrying lots of Bimmers.
