magnaflow exhaust

i came across a magna flow exhaust oval shaped and i wanna know if its possible to modify it to fit the e90 328xi??? becuase it is shaped horizontal and the stock is vertical.

It will fit so long as the muffler isnt extremely long, which it looks as though it isnt. You will need to possibly install it at a slight angle and then decide if you want a single tip exit or a Y-pipe to keep the OEM twin tip look. Search the forums you'll find plenty of pics for examples.
