Synchros not matching?

Hey guys just wondering if anyone else had this issue and if you knew what this problem is...when im punching it in first if i shift at about redline from about 6900 rpms on my shift to 2nd doesnt go in and screeches. its not a grind which i thought it might have been but it just seems to screech then goes into gear after i hold it there with pressure.

this doesnt happen in any other gear except 1st to 2nd and if i shift before 6900 rpms im good. could it be my synchros not working right?

ive changed my transmission fluid over to redline atf6 but this happened before with oem fluids also. all this seems a little weird to me but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

damn i wonder what causes this...i hope its not my synchros lol.

i talked with one of the bmw techs and he told me it is the cause of synchros but told me not to worry too much as long i dont do it every hour

hopefully it really is not a problem.

any other thoughts guys?
