Why not buy the real ones from the dealership from the old M3 Comp package? I am sure with fenders rolled and a not to agresive tire these would fit on a sedan at least.

It would fit but with some mods: Front has 47mm offset: to bring it to E9x fitment, you would need to run a 10mm spacer (effective offset w/ spacer=37ET) - 235/35-19 tires. Rear has 27mm offset: on a stock or ZSP suspension on E90/E91, this would work fine. On a E92/E93, best to shave the fender for maximum clearance and run "skinny" sidewall tires like Falken FK452 - 265/30-19 tires.
