For what it's worth when I was at the Welt for my 328i (AW also) an employee says to me "white is new fashion color in Germany..."

Heh, it's super easy to keep clean, and 500 bucks cheaper! Plus looks badass when all waxed up. Seems it's really becoming popular.

Funny thing is, we both just totaled our cars lol. Hope you made it out ok!

If you don't mind sharing, does the 2.5k promo apply toward your negotiated price of 1k over ED invoice, or that already includes the promo? I was able to get my 328i at $500 over invoice, but when it came time to work out the details of financing they wouldn't let me have the holiday promo of 1.5k. They said it only applied toward the MSRP and if they were gonna give me that promo on top of what I would pay, they would lose $$$ on the whole deal.

I'm getting invoice plus 1k. The 2500 doesn't happen until the car is financed, then it's deducted from the owed amount to BMWFS.

I would say the dealer is selling the car for what I negotiated, then I choose which promo to take advantage of when doing the financing.

In short, I think your dealer is full of crap. Your dealer is not "losing" the money... BMWFS takes the hit here...

Unless i'm wrong... anyone want to chime in?

Thank you for that - I really loved my 328, but always wanted some more ooomph. It was a great car, and at the time I didn't think I could afford the 335. I can hardly wait.
