How long has your car been "waiting for a shipping vessel"?? (currently)
My car finished production on the 21st. It is awaiting a shipping vessel for the past few days... I looked at the WW shipping schedule and there were ships leaving the 23rd and the 28th, obviously I think I missed the 23rd ship unless it just has not updated yet... Any chances on me getting the 28th ship leaving for the port of New York? Anyone else in the same position as I am?

Same here...car finished production on the 12th, currently waiting on a ship at the port. I would assume I get on one of the boats leaving on the 28th. I have PCD scheduled for 8/30, and those boats would put my car in SC around the middle of August. Let's just hope I get on there...

Yeah Let's hope so... I know the factory supposedly closes for most of August, So maybe they are awaiting all the built cars before then to get on all at once on the 28th. There is also a ship leaving the 8th of August, but that;s to farrr lol

I waited almost a month to get on the boat. My car has been stuck in port (NY) now since July 14th... I think the redelivery is taking longer than the actual boat trip.

my VIN just popped up on the W&W website. Onboard the Elektra.
Said that my car arrived at the port on 7/14 and departed onboard on 7/23. Nine days at the port was longer than I hoped for but all things considered, I won't complain at all! Just glad to see she's on her way! |

That was the worst part of the wait for me. I had images of my car sitting there while dogs pissed on the tires... and of prostitiutes using the back seat like a motel room for the guys working on the dock. Hope your car gets on a ship soon
