It depends what week of may production, but you can figure for June delivery most likely.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that it takes about 6 weeks from production start to delivery. I say that from lurking on the site for a while. However, I am still a noob, so take this with a giant grain

Hey guys just confirmed my order today got my production number 3651*** 18th build week of May!!!!

Ordered TiAg on Black Leatherette, Brushed, Bmw Assist With Bluetooth, Cold Weather, Sport Package, CA, Sat Radio!

And got $850.00 off MSRP and a set of free floormats.. yippie free floor mats j/k...

Anyone know how long it will take to get here?

I was originally week 21 and got bumped up to week 18. When I made my regular call to the 800# today I was told that production on my car would start next week which is week 17.

I was originally told week 17 build (starting production April 23rd) by both my SA and the 1800 #.

I called the 800# today and they told me my production date was now mid May!?!?!! WTF!?!?!
I called my SA and he sadi in his conmputer it still says Week17 and if there were changes they would have told him. Is it possible the dealer is tryna screw me - even the operator on the 800# said it was wierd and I've been using the same production# so I don't think my dealer switched mine with someone else.

Anyone know what the hell is going on? For those expecting delivery I would call to check that your production dates still hold true...If I have to wait another month I'll be pissed

i thin 800# is more accurate then what sales guy got in his computer.... so im guessing you ganna have to wait 1 more month :/

im production number 3645xxx but havent gotten a confirmed production date yet..i signed the papers on the 16th of april and got a production number the 17th..ive been changing what i want in the vehicle this week but finally yesterday at around 6pm they told me i couldnt change anything anymore..so do i go by yesterday or by the day i got the prod number? im being told im gonna get my car in 7.5 weeks since im on the east coast..so im expecting 1st or 2nd week of june

from my SA... you get vin# when procution starts I believe

no idea man, i looked everywhere on this forum, and they got different codes for usa cars, so I can't find out exact canadian order but my SA toled me status 11 is order accepted, then it's ganna be status 12 soon and after that production begins, dunno how accurate that is... but call you SA ask what's your status, I'm interested to know your status

can't wait to fire up those twin turbos... 1.5 months to go, this wait is a killerrrrrr

Exact same thing happened to me. The 800# guy said week 17 was just a "scheduled" for production date and not confirmed an the new week 20 is confirmed. Bummer.

I see other threads where people actually got bumped up. I wonder if there is something about our cars that pushed them back. Maybe a change of some component or something?

I really don't understand how this happens. I was originally told my car would be built week 21, but last week my dealer told me I was bumped to week 18. When I called the 800# today I was told my car is in production would be finished by April 30th. My car only has the Sport Package and Premuim Package so maybe that has something to do with it.

You will never know what changed the Production order. I believe it is just a "capacity and scheduling" thing that takes place within the walls of BMW.

I've been told "Week 20" and "Week 18" since I ordered the Car. I guess the only thing to do is wait until it is actually "in Production".

In conclusion... Don't bother triing to figure this one out (you never will!). Just relax.. and let the wheels go 'round.
