Finally lowered :)

So everyone has said don't cheap out on suspension, so i went ahead and got KW's V1 coilovers. I'm so happy with this setup . These things absorb small bumps better than my stock sport suspension yet stay really firm on corners. Loving them..but wow do i need some wheels now. I'm doing a small shoot tomorrow with a friend of mine, will post better pics soon.

Promised you guys new pics..here we go. And a big shout out to Alex Auto in Roswell, GA.

I have always bought mine from bimmian but any of them on ebay will be the same. you could always use black gloss vinyl too since you have a jet black car. The sidemarkers i have are smoked LED too, that would look great on your car as well. Ive blacked out my jet black F10 with these small touches and it makes a world of difference.

Did you buy those kv1 used or new? Suspensions makes a huge difference and its next on my list. As far as little things like clear reflectors, ebay is the way to go.

Yes I did man..call him up, I promise you it will be less than most places. I got them quoted at various Atlanta locations and they wanted an arm and a leg for the install. Alex was very reasonable.

Yes they are bud, I was pleasantly surprised. I honestly did not think they would ride better than my sport stock suspension, but they do. It's weird, they feel smooth yet firm..you have to have them. On the flats they are smooth, as soon as you throw the car into a corner, totally firm..very little sway considering everything else is stock.

Thx for the info so they are more comfortable than oem !? I thought the ride would be a little harsher since its lowered.

I wouldn't say they are more comfortable, because it's not softer. But I can't tell the difference. But I can corner better and I love the look.

Gaaah seeing this makes it hard for me to fight the urge to wait a couple weeks to order my suspension.

I just dread how my sport suspension is firm yet in the corners it leans soooo much.

Also did you add spacers? If so, what size? I have 15mm in the rear of mine but not sure what size to do in the front.
