Would the interior lights cause an issue anyway? it's not as if they'll be on the bulb check system. I'd be interested but not at £70

I know it's a matter of opinion but these are utterly pointless. What you want in the interior of a luxury car is soft, mellow lighting that gradually fades as the courtesy lights extinguish. LEDs are too harsh and would make it look like a kitchen.

yuk.

I know what your saying ian but my new 1 er has the led's in the interior and there not harsh. I can switch between the bmw orange or the led 'sport'. Must say the led is lovely. What are you going to do when its only led available? Its going that way with every car now

Fair enough Mikey - I was thinking of a harsh white like every man and his dog wants for the headlamp corona rings. I guess if it's a softer colour it would look OK.

I think bright white is good in the two map reading lights, I had them in my last car & the extra light was very useful. I'll certainly be interested to see how these look when fitted.

i was thinking that the other day, now that the nights are drawing in it would be nice if the red lighting in the window under the window sills was a bit more prominent. I don't know if mine are as bad as everyone elses but I can only see the light when its reflected on the chrome of the door handles?

That makes the puddle lights over £8 each , I'm sure they must be available for a lot less than that

£70 is expensive for LEDs but they do tot up ( £40 for full kit maybe.)

If you have compare an interior with LEDs to standard yellows you'd be surprised how much better, modern, stylish it looks.

I have LEDs and my interior dosnt remind me of my kitchen

My kitchen is much bigger

I doubt bulbs in a BMW are any better than bulbs in a Kia but they sure as hell will cost more

If you can get your dealer to offer you trade discount you can get 15% off them. I may give them a punt at £63.

yuk.
Along with walnut wood trim and saggy cream leather seats?

I prefer the white light of the LED's, they offer a much more modern clean look which offer more light. My LED's fade as well.

I paid nowhere near £70. Get them off ebay, cheap and easy.
