Can you disable soft stop and NIC with coding in NCSexpert
Can you disable soft stop and NIC with coding in NCSexpert? I'm getting jolts when coming to a stop what feels like when transmission is shifting from 2nd to 1st. I'm not worried about the little extra fuel savings from the NIC. Also, I believe the soft stop feature is whats causing the sticky brakes. It's embarrassing trying to inch forward and the car would lurch.

NIC can be disabled via coding but it'll not fix what you're experiencing. I'm saying this from my experience. People report fixing it by replacing solenoids. Also your transmission doesn't go to 1st. Always to 2nd.

Also, I think the transmission does go into first gear when in D, in sport mode, it goes to 2nd as the lowest gear unless I manually downshift it to 1st. There's a noticeable difference of power and gearing off the line between D and sport mode. |

In EGS you need to disable NIC, then in DSC (listed under MK60) disable comfort stop, then in INPA/ISTA reset transmission adaptions. I've had most success with this setup.
