I think that's PS'd haha I mean if you look at the sidewall of the car, it's above the fender line...so he can travel in a straight line but no turns?

I just love this "theoretical height"... its not possible to drive that low with the road conditions and i dont drive straight line only too..

Hey, how is everyone getting the CF or painted roofs? Is it easy to install a CF roof? I know you could just get your roof painted, but I would think a CF one would be so much nicer!

I've been away from the BMW scene for a while. Used to roll a Evosport-sponsored 5 series back in the day. I have no doubt that some of you will remember me. I know I recognize some of you.

Anyhow, decided to bite the bullet earlier this year and get a 2009 335 (manual -- E92). Love the car.

I've modified it with Dinan stage 2 software, KW v2 coilovers, 19" BBS LMs (PS2 tires), OEM Aero lip, OEM factory alarm, and blacked out grill. Ain't much left to do. I'll likely add a subtle looking spoiler on the trunk to round out the look. Seems kind of lonely on the rear of the 335.

Shane over at Euroautospot (http://www.euroautospot.com) helped me pick and choose some of the parts on my car. So, too, did Khoa over at Khoalty.com. Shane, meanwhile, installed all of the parts -- including the coilovers and OEM BMW factory alarm. Avus Autosport (thanks, Andrew) flashed my ECU with the Dinan software earlier this week. It was really a nice collaboration with the three shops.

If you are in need of a shop to work on your BMW in San Diego (or SoCal region), Shane is your guy. He's been working on my BMWs for the past 10 years (and he's been working on BMWs for 20 years in all). This guy is one of the best. If you're looking for aftermarket parts, contact Khoa. And if you're looking for the Dinan software upgrade, and don't want to send your MSD controller to northern California, Andrew is your guy (he's located in Glendale).
