Detailer's Domain: 96 911 Turbo this is a good one.
This is one of my favorite cars of all time, its just a classic car that still looks great today.
My customer just picked up this car and its perfect, however the paint was a bit different. He brought it to us to get it up to par with the rest of the car. Take a look. What was done - Exterior - Wheels were prepped with Sonax Wheel Cleaner and cleaned up with various brushes - Tires were spritzed down with P21S Total Autowash and washed down - Wheel wells were spritzed down with P21S Total Autowash - Wash down and rinsed - Door jambs were cleaned up - Clayed - Dried - Paint inspected and measured - Wheels were protected with Swissvax Autobahn - Wheel Wells were cleaned and dressed with Adam's Undercarriage Spray - Tires dressed with Swissvax Pneu - Masking - 2 Step Paint correction (Meguiars M105 with an Uber Yellow, Menzerna Super Intensive Polish with an Uber Green and Menzerna PO85RD with an Uber Blue) - Inspection with Fenix, 3m Sun Gun, Infratech, and natural sunlight - Menzerna Power Lock followed by Lusso Oro - Rubber and Plastics Treated - Exterior windows and mirrors cleaned and sealed - Exhaust tips cleaned Interior Detail - All interior surfaces cleaned and protected, including glass, and all vinyl/plastic surfaces. - Carpets and upholstery vacuumed. Products used: (feel free to click the link below for more info) Exterior: Valugard Detail Wash P21S Total Auto Wash (engine, presoak, wheel wells, tires) Uber Yellow Wash Sponge Uber Clay Bar kit with Optimum No Rinse Einszett Spray Wax Meguiars M105 Menzerna Super Intensive Polish Menzerna PO85RD Menzerna Power Lock Lusso Oro Wheels/Tires Sonax Wheel Cleaner Swissvax Pneu Interior: Sonax Dashboard Cleaner Leather Master Trio Tools: Infratech 5300 Fenix TK11 Brinkmann Fenix TK40 Flex 3403 Makita Metabo The Uber Foam Pads (5.5inch) Tons of "Uber" Microfiber Towels Uber Drying Towels Brushes Cam Spray Pressure Wash and Foam Canon Attachment Before Interior After shots Before Wheels Some agitation needed Pressure washer to clean it up Wash Clay Measuring Paint Depth Masking Checking over the paint with various lights.... the Fenix TK40 (what a light!) Mmmmm.....993 TT, IMHO the absolute PINNACLE of 911 design. I could literally stare at this car for HOURS on end. Only thing I'd rather have would of course be the Turbo S variant.
AWESOME work too BTW!!!! |

I honestly think this is the best detail you guys have ever done, it's amazing how clean you get those cars guys! You can see how professional you guys are just by the evenness of the passes with the rotary buffer, each rotation is exactly the same distance away as the last one. I am still working with a DA Cyclo and I still can't get even passes like that on round panels, and I've been doing it for a year haha.
