BBQ caterers?

anyone know of a good BBQ caterer in the MD area? I have an event coming up in August and we were looking to possibly do a pig roast in Bowie.

I checked out a few websites (Beefalo Bob's, and Red, Hot, Blue) to get some general pricing info, but I'm more concerned with the quality of the food.

I've eaten there and the food is good, but I was looking for someone who can give me a reference for the total catering experience (delivery, setup, pricing, cleanup, service, etc).

Even if it aint BBQ, thats fine too; many places have different menus

red, hot blue is good. but i can only comment on chicken and beef. I do not eat pork.
But found their catering to be quiet good IMHO.

Here is what I got from my girlfriend (Corporate Event Planner)
1) Red, Hot & Blue - http://www.redhotandblue.com/catering.htm she said you may be able to a pkg for them to serve and clean-up
2) R & R Catering - http://www.rrcatering.com/ Alban Road, Springfield, Va - using for a wedding she is planning
3) JR's Catering - used for corporate picnic; jrspicnics.com (see the Turkey Run Pavilion link) & jrsbeef.com
4) La Prima Catering - http://www.laprimacatering.com/ used for corporate event

Good point...you probably don't want to pay Cap-Q to come up to Columbia, anyway. They're expensive enough as it is.

Good luck finding the right caterer.
