Would anybody be interested in a E90 Sports pkg steering wheel? This is the new revision with thumb rest. It is still on the car (~9000 miles on the odo). Looking for $150 + actual shipping.

nope....that is the catch....the sport airbag is like 700 bucks..so you could get this wheel, but then you would need a new airbag...

Thanks for reminding me. This is for JUST the steering, without airbag, face plate (is that what it is called?) and multifunction controls.

I am trying to swap out the steering with a BMW individual steering. So, I'll need my original face place and all.

you're going to have a hard time selling it here, best try your luck on Ebay. Because potentially you have 2 groups of customers.

1. people with ZSP package: why would they need another steering wheel?

2. people with no ZSP package: for those folks, if they're going to swap out the steering wheel, they'll need the whole schbang, the bracket, new airbag, and at that point, might as well go for the Mtech steering wheel

not meant to ruin your FS thread , I'm just saying, try selling it on Ebay as well (in addition to posting it here). For what it's worth, a fellow member sold his non-zsp steering wheel (the least desired of the bunch, I know, 'cuz I had one) with airbag on ebay for about 300 USD, and that's for the whole assembly.

What about the group who have early build (3/05) e90's w/ ZSP that don't have the revised steering wheel with thumb rests? That would be me! Is this still for sale?
