RFT insurance

Hey guys, any body know an actual place in Bay Area to get RFT insurance?

a friend of mine got the right passenger tire running over a pothole at 80mph, (05 G35 coupe) and she was so scared because the noise was sooo freaking loud, took it to a local shop. the guy told her the tire must be replaced, so she did and paid $400 for a single tire. Damn, that's a lot of money.

I want insurance for my RFTs, because i don't wanna pay $400 for a stupid tire.

I picked up my car around the first week of March and I was surpised that the dealer did not mention the tire insurance anymore (they did the year before when we picked up another car), so I asked them about it and they said it's no longer offered in the state of California...

I got the car at Fremont BMW. they told me tire insurance is outlawed or something in CA. such stupid crap. And i went to search online, once I put the zip code in there, it just says Tire Insurance is not available in CA.
Wonder what CA has "under the table" with those tire companies.
