Well, I ordered wheels yesterday from Hubert @ supere power. Went with the VMR VB3's 19x8.5 (+40) front / 19x10 (+38) rear.

Im now alittle worried I might have went a little too agressive. Whats the difference between a (+40/+38) and a (+35/+33) offset.

I'm currently on stock sport package suspension, but plan to put either Eibach or H&R sport springs in at some point, depending on how the car sits on the new wheels.

The difference is 5mm both front and rear.
But you've got the least aggresive option, +35/+33 will stick out 5mm more than the wheels you ordered.

With only a 19"x10 as appose to 20"x10 you should probably be okay with a 275/30/19 tire. You may get a slight touch on hard dips but otherwise you should be fine.

Crap... so you mean I should have went with the 35/33 offset? I want it to be as aggresive as possible without leading to drivability problems.

If its not aggressive enough for my liking, can this be solved with spacers?

Yes, you can solve it with spacers.

But, I guess the ET33 wheel is 19x9.5 unlike the ET38 wheel, that's 19x10.

So that means the ET38 wheel will stick out 1mm more than the ET33 wheel because it's 0.5" wider.

Ok.. makes sense. Thanks for clearing this up. I was under the impression that the offset worked in the opposite manner.
