I have bank of america and i was able to dispute it....i went down to my ban k and told the story to a floor person I printed out ths thread, to prove what was going on. They got ATM(thats what they call the dispute center if u use your card) on the phone for me and i told them the story too. They put the claim in for me and they said they would mail me something to sign and return and that i should get my money back. I did sort of start a fuss there....they did say something abiut a 60-day dispute period.....but i explained the situation, and that i recieved no item, its not like im returning something that broke or i dont like.

I think its funny though how bav dissapeard pretty much after 60 days of taking everyone money, its like he knew this would be the last gb he did, so he wanted to go out with a bank. I charged my card on oct 30, after the holidays is when we were getting the col shoulder, which jan 1st would be excatly 60 days. He was stringing us along all this time, giving excuses to why he couldnt show pictures or dynos. There was an excuse everytime and we fell for it. Fuck this guy.

If anybody knows where his office is located (i.e, city/county) contact the local district attorney, maybe even send them a copy of this thread and get a list of people with names and numbers who've [allegedly] been ripped off and give that to the D.A. as well. Cops likely won't do anything and will tell you it's a "civil dispute" but every once in awhile the district attorney's office gets all fired up over stuff like this and will go after someone if they feel there's been fraud/theft. Ask if the D.A. has a consumer fraud unit and speak to someone there if they do.

For those who've PMed me, I have replied. The guys from japtrix are complete di*** they have given me the freaking run around for a whole week. I've not read ANYTHING that was posted since my last post for I fear i will feel discouraged. I'm doing as much as I can, remember, I only WORK for BavDOm.

Bav, You have my $400. I would appreciate having it back now. If your product comes out and it's quality then I will consider it later, but this is just too long and too suspect.

Please return the $400. If not, please post your companies legal name, location, and phone number. If it is a sole proprietorship, please give me the owner's name. I travel down south a few times a year and might as well file a local small claims case.

I think not telling us your companies information is just horrible.
