Thinking about putting the 2nd nozzle in location below, possible may just get a new CP with dual nozzles....but I like them spaced out a bit. If I go dual nozzle I will but 90 degree ends on the lines from nozzle to selonoid.

Hey Rob, long time... Things are good. Busy... You know some of us have to work for a living. Meth is the shit isn't it. So did you send in your $175 for court supervision? Got nailed in Lombard in my 300ZXTT doing 80 in a 45 back in the 90's and the cop handed me a form to send in for court supervision. Was only like $65 at the time...

I see you're already looking to add another nozzle... Addiction sucks man. I'm running two 1.0mm's and the car just feels like silk when meth kicks in.

I'll keep in touch and look you up this summer when I get back to the QC. I'll take a day and shoot into Chitown.

I got them fixed lol!! I data log at 140, but when I go 75 I get a ticket?? Speaking of nozzles....would you put the DO7 or DO10 in the intercooler pipe or CP does it matter?

I'd put the next nozzle closer to intercooler.

dammit, I ordered my hose already!!! I will just have 3 lines

Jeff,

I was told if I tap my lower intercooler pipe the nozzle has to be flush with the inside of the pipe....how do you accomplish this if the nozzle threads in deeper than the inside of the pipe. My ER CP has a big tall mounded meth bung lol!! Probably recessed a bit from the inside of the pipe.

P.S Do you sell interior parts?

Intercooler is more ideal, but my one issue with that is the distance from nozzle to solenoid. You have to consider that the longer the meth line is post-solenoid the more chance for meth dribbling into your chargepipe/intercooler outlet is.

Integrating a checkvalve before the lower nozzle would alleviate this, but since it was a bit more difficult setting up a checkvalve with Braided hose, I used a nylon hose for my second nozzle. I eventually just put a BMS elbow and put the 2nd nozzle into the elbow.

A lot of the bungs are recessed and can possibly become an obstacle in the path of the spray pattern. I asked ER for a more shallow bung, I'm not sure if they actually did it for me, but I threaded in the nozzle while the chargepipe wasn't installed on the car and just sprayed some water through it to see if it get's in the way of the spray pattern and it was a non-issue.

Another thing, be careful with how many times you unscrew the AN fittings, they are aluminum and if you scratch off the anodizing and expose aluminum the meth will slowly begin to corrode them. One of my buddies had the anodizing scrape off when he kept screwing and unscrewing and eventually ended up with a hole in one of his fittings which was shooting out meth

my issue to, I just moved my selonoid 3" from nozzle to help with meth drain so really do not want a long 2nd nozzle run.

Only 140...

I would drop one on the hot side of your FMIC. I think PWM would be better at flow control and atomization on the D014 primary nozzle, but as long as you're at full pressure you shouldn't have an issue. That subject has been over debated in the past. Just really like the Aquamist product and the PWM control.

As for nozzle size, with the RB's, you may want to go with a larger nozzle pre-FMIC. I don't think putting another D014 pre-FMIC is overkill. Doesn't take long to swap and log to see what performs best. While your at it you could put another bung on the CP before the current, so you don't get overlap like the Vishnu CP. You might find that running two D010's on your CP and one D007 pre-FMIC might give you the best performance, but without logging and dyno, it's just assumptions. Good luck and let us know what you end up doing. Looks like a killer setup and can't wait to go for a ride.

we will get in trouble, I can see it now lol!! I have DO14, DO10 & DO7. I will try the DO7 & DO10 first then maybe the DO7 & DO14 and see also!

After doing the research and pricing your kit out, it is actually pretty reasonable, price wise. May have to reconsider my options.
