i know how to turn it off, but i just was looking maybe it doesnt matter if you make dyno with on or off DSC, because i was making DYNO with ON dsc

It's pretty simple to think about... DSC is basically traction control (I know, it's more than that). What do you think the system would do when it detects your rear wheels spinning, but the fronts held still...
