Ya, I dont know why but I always see m5/m6's with the same suspension problem after wrecks. Its normal though due to every car having a weak point.

When you add up the parts and the labor it will be to the point of a total loss.

I hope I am wrong and I also hope you can open that bad boy up with some dinan exhaust. I bet that exhaust is pintched somewhere. It seems that you bottomed out hard and the car bounced a bit.

I wish you the best of luck!

Wouldn't you prefer it being totaled rather then driving an almost brand new car with such extensive work done to it? It will never be the same and resale value will most likely be greatly affected, unless it's a lease then you don't have to worry about the resale value part.

I guess its "not that bad" they are replacing all 4 wheels and tires, rear suspension, rear bumper, rear lights, right rear quarter panel, left front door, right rear door, and BOTH under rocker panels.

Price should be around 26K. Im just happy they are giving me new tires, they go for about $1700 for a set if I were to buy them, so at least Im getting something out of it.

Damn, that M5 looked so banging... heh sorry I had to.

That must suck really bad. I had almost the same thing happen to me once. I fell asleep (thank god no one was around me) and woke when I was on the median, then using my awesome reaction skills, I swerved hard to the right and ended up wrapping myself around a speed limit post. It was kinda fun lol. I even did a 540 rotation in my SUV.

But yea it must be horrible on an M5. I would say that looks outright totaled. So I'm guessing the insurance is just fixing it up? Well anywhoo, Good luck man

Alright, not cool. We want to know what you have up your sleeves now.

If you wont tell us exactly what you are getting, then just tell us if it is a 2door, 4door, 4wd ect. Then at least we can have some fun with it and guess what your plan is.
