what's funny is while i was at school up there in nor cal, i thought about it.

I'm not sure how much those go for, we're in industrial paying 80 cents right now right around the corner

since that is retail i'd say probably $2-$2.50 tops in the shopping center across from tap-x since they have so many vacant spots

in this market you'd think the builders would want to be aggressive and get them filled

hmmm....i think i'm paying $1.50 right now...once i get this one up to where i'd lke it to be...i'll entertain other location ideas. norcal would be nice...but then i'll need a trust worthy manager

Hey guys... I am VERY bummed right now. I have had a direct report of mine display severe insubordination, and I will have to deal with this today. I'm probably not going to be able to make it, and that is why I'm bummed... not because of the damn headaches this guy has given me today.

Hey Snoh,

I'm in the same situation as E92phreak, I'm just extremely exhausted because of the past 5 days of "overtime" and I'm beginning to feel sick. Driving to El Monte during this time might not be the best thing to do especially if I fall asleep on the road.

So I'm more than likely not going to be able to make it this time, but I know there will be a next time for sure.

Thanks for your kind words. It has been the worse day for me here at work. Not only did our company stock dip to $5 (28% drop in a day), I've had to deal with an insubordinate employee of mine, who is like a cancer, just eating away and is detrimental to the team.

I hope someone brings a camera. I brought mine because last month, we didn't have any pictures taken.
