Damn Grind Sound!

I have noticed a grinding sound, which I would describe as weighted down pressure grind/whhhgrrrrr. I have new rotors, new control arms, 5k miles tires... It sounds like it's coming from the driver side front tire area. My passengers have said they can't hear it on passenger side and also agree its coming from front side. When making a left turn the sound is increased about double. I can only hear it from about 1-15 mph. Possibility it's there above speeds, but I cannot hear it. I have checked the bearing doing the wiggle/pulling, using 10-3 or 12-6 points on tire. There is no looseness... Maybe a shitty tire could do this? what else?

Sounds like it could be your drivers side front axle going bad.
