details on a companys performance
Can anyone help , How do i get to see the results off a companys last five years performance. I would like to see how someone is doing but dont have access to comanys house

Companies house online, register and you pay one pound for the latest filed accounts. Timing means they could be up to a year out of date depending on companies year end. You will probably only see 2 years performance and may need to contact companies house for history. Other option is a credit agency like expedian. You will need to know someone with an account and this will cost more but will be more comprehensive and include current and previous director dealings also.

If their end of year is Oct they may well have not filed yet?
Our end of year is August and we have until the 31st May to file. |

Also remember accounts filed only show a brief insight into that companies accounts / trading history. Lots can be 'covered up' and shown to seem all is ok, that also goes the other way though.
