I'm going for another one there (did it a year ago after my drop), but it's been pulling for a while so I either hit a pothole or they didn't get it quite right. I still likely the diligence and quality by Pat.

They can't do active steering.

Love the drops too guys. especially the xdrives

I like this drop! How much of a drop is this (in terms of measurements)?

i would say probably around 1.25" - 1.5" drop all around. i just told them i want the top of the tire to meet the fender line in the front without rubbing issues. i'll probably raise it up a touch though once it settles

Here's mine, question for the experts. Will it affect the xi suspension or handling if I raised just the back a little, I wanted to add some spacers so the tires stick out for a more agressive look!

I'm not sure. I can check when I get home. I've only opened it once to glance at it. The install was all Rocco while I was at work.

Hey man, I think your drop looks grreat! Very similar to mine. I have the same dilemma as well, I want to put more aggressive spacers in the rear, but I'm about 2mm away from rubbing unless I raise the rear a bit and maybe throw in another bumpstop, my car's probably just a tiny bit lower than yours and right now no rubbing issues.

I don't think you'll notice any tangible difference in handling with the spacers unless your a track monster, just go for it. The cars new so I don't know if you wanna roll the fenders, but I most likely will end up getting mine rolled by a guy I know and throw in a 12mm spacer.

If it doesn't get much lower when it settles just leave it! Looks great!
If you're worried about scraping, the only thing i scrape is those rubber things under the bumper and the jack points. If you just take things slow on speedbumps you'll be fine!

If you enter/exit steep driveways though that's a whole new story.

Congrats bro...Ride looks sick.

Raising the rear a bit will be fine. It will settle a little more anyways.

also the adjustment wrench is different in the rear and fron. One of them is bigger i believe.

cool tks, I may just do that! I think the v3 or v2 have 2 different wrenches. I called RMP about the missing wrench and they said it only came with one..

yeah I'm looking to add some spacers so I may raise it a bit. I like the agressive look of some of the old school muscle cars that have the back end up higher! Maybe 10's in the back and 8 in the front

The short answer is yes as it will give it more rake and the weight distribution will be off. I had to do this to mine to clear me underground parking without scraping. However, it still handles way better than without the KW so it's not that bad or noticeable to someone who doesn't track the car.

what made you guys not opt for the cheap H&R Cup Kit that gives you the same drop? What about the cheaper ST kit?

ST kit = possibility of rusting

Cheap will always remain cheap so it's best not to cheap out on an important component like suspension.

i just came here to quickly vent about stupid downtown toronto parking lots! some of their driveways are so steep! i scraped the bottom of my front lip ATLEAST 5 times this past weekend going in and out of lots. oh well... i guess its a little trade off for the better looking stance. still loving the kw v2s though!
